The way to get into the Foot Key is all about muscle control and balance. The Foot Key takes some practice to look effortless and smooth. Practice keeping your body upright and hip and leg turned out. Avoid hunching, which is very common. The Pole will be there to keep your body straight, so that the legs can control the wrap at the start without compromising your alignment.
