Strength & Tricks for Everyone - Hand Balancing
We love this hand-balancing curriculum. It is a physically tough curriculum heavy on upper body and core and teaches a very specific skill in a multitude of ways. Hand balancing is one of the best ways to build up the strength required for advanced moves such as handsprings, brass monkey press-ups and other moves that require controlled and stable inversions. We will also be working on variations for sitting up from an elbow stand or handstand press against the pole.
