Strength & Tricks for Everyone - Focus On The Feet
This curriculum emphasizes all the moves that can be done using the bottom of the foot, including some moves derived from Chinese Pole circus arts. Students will get acquainted with how to use the ball and arch of the foot to wrap around the pole, as well as conditioning the bottom of their feet for this type of sometime foreign movement. Students who are used to wearing heels when they dance will have to go barefoot with this lesson! We’ll start the class out by teaching the Basic Chinese Pole Climb, and then learn some of my favorite moves that can be executed from this climb!
