We love Marlo's Straddle Spin. Work to bring your legs up parallel (or higher) to the floor and keep them straight for the cleanest lines.
SAFETY NOTE: Be sure to use a HANDSHAKE GRIP or PUSH GRIP (FINGERS UP) for this spin. Your bottom hand should NOT be fingers down. A fingers down grip is only appropriate in a static hold when the pole is spinning...NOT on a static pole when you are spinning.
