SAFETY NOTES: As with all videos on this site, be sure to have a qualified spotter for any inversion moves. Also, as Oona advised, be sure to have mastered a two-handed version of a handstand before attempting this move. Also, be sure not to over rotate your body too far so that you fall over. Your momentum in and out of the handstand should always be under full control.
