We love this twisty variation on the Flamingo transitioning into a split by Pole Art 2013 Champion, Heidi Coker. This is a great move to add variety and dimensionality for transitioning onto the floor in any routine. If you can't do the splits yet, no worries! Transition downward gently and with full body control while keeping your back leg bent (and if need be, bend both legs). Enjoy!
