This gorgeous move is a variation of the Brass Monkey Anastasia likes to call the "Deer." The base move is the Brass Monkey, adding on contortion quality back and leg flexibility with a reverse elbow grip posture. Enjoy!
As with all video tutorials on this site, be sure to have a qualified spotter monitor all inversions. Also, please practice this move with a spotter on a stationary pole before attempting on a spinning pole.
