Competition Month - Week 2
This curriculum focuses on the key elements that make a compelling performance routine. During this class your students will focus on connecting a climb, drop, and some floor work. It is important to have a good balance of pole work and floor work in every routine. Have your students spin into a climb and add in different poses in-between each climb they choose as they work their way to the top of the pole. Once they reach the top of the pole they will begin a drop based on their skill level and come all they way to the floor for some moves off the pole. Encourage your students to experiment these sequences on static pole and spinning pole.
