Hi! I can reach back and grab my bottom leg at the calf -- but still haven't got it straight yet! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Is there difference in technique between the closed allegra and the fully extended, straight legs version? Any recommended prep stretches I could be doing? Thanks so much!
