The Double Knee Hang is a terrific inversion to learn on the hoop.
Only release your hands when you feel absolutely secure. And, as with all inversions on this website, be sure to have a qualified spotter spot your moves until you are fully secure to execute this move on your own. Be sure to keep your legs and glutes squeeze tightly with your heels pressing toward your glutes to keep a firm hold on your Lyra/Hoop.
