The Goddess move is a beautiful floor move that showcases a curvy line for everyone’s body. Starting in a seated position on the floor, you can bend the knees or stagger one leg straight and one leg bent, gently put your head back, arch the lower back with your arms to above your shoulders so that you can feel the floor and push against the floor with the arms and lower back as you lower yourself to the floor where only your feet, lower back, arms and top of head are touching the floor.
